The Origin
Decoding the Algorithm of Human Behaviour
Before founding Invincible Digital, Dr Josh spent years inside Google, not just analysing data but studying the people behind the clicks. The numbers told him what happened. The psychology told him why.
Holding a PhD in human behaviour, he noticed that most agencies treated customers as metrics on a dashboard. So he built Invincible on a different premise: psychology first, technology second.

Stephen leads Invincible’s creative work across strategy, design, technology and innovation, drawing on more than 30 years in digital media and publishing. An Oxford alumnus who speaks four languages, he brings restless curiosity, exacting taste and a very British sense of humour to every brief.
