Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Invincible Digital Ltd (company number 15451843, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom) and Invincible Digital Spain, S.L. (CIF B88809983, Plaza del Campillo 1, Oficina 7, 18009 Granada, Spain), together "Invincible Digital", "we", "us" or "our", use cookies and similar technologies on invincible-digital.com (the "Site"), including the call and meeting booking tool embedded on it. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally and how to contact us.
This policy is written to comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Spain by article 22.2 of the Ley 34/2002 (LSSI) and the guidance of the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They let the website remember your device and your choices. We use the word "cookies" in this policy to cover cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, tags and software development kits, which work in a comparable way.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
- First-party cookies are set by the Site. Third-party cookies are set by other organisations, for example analytics or advertising providers, whose tags we allow to run on the Site.
3. The categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are needed for the Site to work and cannot be switched off. They include the cookie that records your cookie choices, security and load-balancing cookies, and the session storage used by the booking tool so that your booking completes correctly. They do not require consent, but we tell you about them here.
Analytics
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site: which pages are viewed, how people arrive, how long they stay and where they encounter problems. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site. They are only set with your consent.
Functional
These cookies remember choices you make and enable enhanced features, such as embedded video players and your language preference. They are only set with your consent.
Marketing
These cookies and pixels are set by advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn. They let us measure the results of our advertising, show our ads to people who have visited the Site, build audiences of similar people and limit how often you see an ad. The platforms can also use this data under their own privacy policies. They are only set with your consent.
4. Your choices
When you first visit the Site you will see a cookie banner with three options of equal prominence: Accept all, Reject all and Manage settings, where you can switch each non-essential category on or off. No non-essential cookie is set until you make a choice. Closing the banner without choosing is treated as rejecting non-essential cookies.
You can change your mind at any time. Click Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and update or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. When you withdraw consent for a category we stop setting those cookies and stop loading the related tags; cookies already on your device can be deleted through your browser settings.
We store your choice in a first-party cookie for 12 months, after which we ask again. We will also ask again sooner if we add a new provider or make a material change to how we use cookies.
Google Consent Mode. Our Google tags run in consent mode. Until you consent, advertising storage, analytics storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are all set to "denied" and no Google analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel and any related server-side events are not loaded or sent until you consent to marketing cookies.
Browser signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a rejection of analytics and marketing cookies. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site, including the booking tool, may not work.
Visitors in the United Kingdom. Since 5 February 2026 UK law allows certain purely statistical cookies to be set without consent provided there is a simple way to opt out. We have chosen to ask for your consent for analytics cookies anyway, so that visitors in the UK and in the EU are treated the same way.
5. The cookies we use
The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site at the date of this policy. Third-party providers may change the names and lifetimes of their cookies; we review this list regularly.
6. Cookies set by the booking tool
The call and meeting booking tool on the Site is delivered by our own platform at os.invincible-digital.com. It uses strictly necessary session storage to complete your booking and does not set analytics or marketing cookies. The details you enter when booking are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law or regulatory guidance changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Where a change means we need your consent again, the banner will reappear on your next visit.
8. Contact us
